As a child, I have always dreamt of good open cafes playing European music, serving cheesy pizzas and creamy desserts. On my last visit to Select Citywalk, this dream kind of came true when I stumbled upon Andrea’s Eatery
The first thing which caught my attention was, of course, their interiors. Although, a small place but they have done their interiors in simple tones making it a pretty place to be at.
They have an elaborate menu of majorly Italian and Mexican cuisine. Our journey started with my go to drink, a cold coffee and his go to drink, an oreo shake. Both the drinks were made to perfection, with the right flavours.
Next on our table was their Phad Samun Pai in chicken which is their version of a very delectable chicken starter. For the vegetarian me, I opted for Spanokopita which were generously filled with Feta Cheese and Spinach.
This called for another round of drinks and we opted for their Fruit Punch which indeed had “the” punch and Spicy Bloody Guvava which was made better with their homemade spice mix.
The vegetarians have to try their Mezze Platter. Soft af pita bread, flavorful trio of hummus and crunchy on the outside falafel is what you will be served. And for the non-vegetarians, the TACOS are an absolute must order.
Coming here and not trying their cheese loaded pastas are a no no. The Mac and Cheese will take you to another world. For those who are not fond of cheese, opt for their Farmers Market Aglio Oilio. Umm. OH SO GOOD.
Trust me when I say this, I couldn’t move an inch after eating all this but I had to try their Cremino which basically is their version of Tiramisu. It comes in a dish dusted with Cocoa, and it is not to be missed by a coffee lover.
Andrea’s Eatery set the standards high for the other places I plan to visit soon!
